Over the past 30 years, Wayne has accumulated an extensive knowledge of all facets of the construction process. From his experience in the military to managing one of the largest shell contractors in the state, he has formed a strong foundation of teamwork, integrity and excellence. These values are at the core of Ernst Construction, and are what drive our team to fulfill our mission of setting the benchmark industry wide.

Wayne's proactive approach to every project helps to ensure the Contractor’s success as well as the success of other trades on the project. We work together to identify potential issues before they happen to keep your project running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

He has a demonstrated reputation of identifying architectural and structural inconsistencies on projects. This has proven to be valuable to the contractor during the process. His ability to identify areas of potential value engineering and alternative methods adds to the level of meticulousness of our team.
